CLEANPANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

PAYMENT
Full payment is due at time of cleaning.

A credit card number must be kept on file at the Cleanpany office. Your account will be charged the balance due, plus fees, for each cleaning unless you leave an alternate form of payment at time of service. TCleanpany accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express or check.

A $25 fee will be charged for each returned check or failed credit card transaction.

Discounts will be applied when paying in cash, as well as surprise gifts for your home

SCHEDULING
Recurring cleanings are scheduled according to our checklist and priorities discussed during your consultation. One-time cleanings are scheduled as standard blocks of time. Every effort will be made to complete your service within the allotted time. If you require a deep clean at the beginning of your service, please be aware that a few cleanings will be needed to confirm your ongoing maintenance needs. We ask for your patience while we learn how to best clean your home and assure you that our maintenance cleanings will address areas that need additional attention as quickly as possible. Some homes may be subject to a first-time cleaning fee.

We strive to have the same staff members cleaning your home or office on a regular basis, however, this is not guaranteed. Due to vacation, illness, or company departure, Cleanpany may occasionally provide a replacement professional house cleaner.

If, due to the unique nature of your home, your service providers are unable to complete your cleaning within the requested time, we may call you to request authorization to spend more time cleaning your home. We will inform you of any additional costs accordingly before proceeding with the work. We reserve the right to charge additional fees to the final price for cleanings considered excessive or inadequate to the description of the property presented in the reservation. For greater security, always check the information you entered in the reservation form and remember that in order for us to carry out our work you must leave the place clear.

ARRIVAL TIMES
To ensure quality service for all of our valued customers, Cleanpany is unable to specify exact arrival times. Arrival times allow our professional house cleaners to deal with all the variables of each day and each home without affecting the promises we make to you.

Service providers will arrive within the following time frames:

When we have a house key, our arrival time is between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
When we meet someone at the home, we set a two-hour arrival time between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
FEEDBACK
After each cleaning, you will have the opportunity to rate the job on a scale of 1-10. Your rating will directly determine the level of compensation for the professional house cleaners assigned to your home. Please take a moment to offer your feedback. We value your opinions and your feedback is essential to us improving our service and serving you better.

24-HOUR GUARANTEE
Since cleaning is a very personal and human service, we know that occasionally you may not get an area cleaned to your satisfaction. We cannot offer a refund, but Cleanpany will happily re-clean any area you are not happy with. Just let us know about any issues or concerns within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will do our best to make it right.

FREE
Cleanpany never asks you to leave a tip, but it is a powerful way to thank their professional cleaners. Even posting an online review expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a lot.

CANCELLATION
We understand that it may be necessary to reschedule at times. If it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled service, Cleanpany requires two business days' notice. If we receive less than two business days' notice, or if we are unable to access your home, we will need to charge you up to the full price of your cleaning. All future cleanings will remain unchanged. Please contact your local office directly to make schedule changes. Schedule or service changes cannot be made through your professional house cleaner.

Recurring services are priced at a discount. If you decide to cancel recurring service after a single cleaning, please note that our regular one-time cleaning charges will apply.

BREAKAGES/LOSSES

Cleanpany are insured and bonded. If a breakage or loss occurs, it must be reported within 48 hours of service. Key replacement or locksmith fees are payable only if keys are lost or miscoded. There is a $100 liability limit per location for key replacement or locksmith services.

SUPPLIES

Cleanpany uses professional, safe, and reliable cleaning supplies to clean your home. However, if you own specialty products that you would like used on particular surfaces, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please contact our office to discuss this prior to your cleaning so that we can provide instructions to your professional house cleaner.

PETS

Please secure all pets in their travel cages or kennels. Cleanpany will treat all pets with love and respect; however, we are not responsible for them escaping.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS

For safety reasons, we do not go higher than a two-step ladder.

We will attempt to reach all visible areas with an extendable duster or vacuum extension.

We cannot move objects that weigh more than 25 pounds.

We cannot touch or move firearms to clean an area. Customers who own firearms should move them to an area that we do not clean.

We do not clean animal or human feces, urine, vomit, blood, or other similar biohazardous materials.

We do not use bleach except at the client's request. Please note that we will not be liable for any damage you may cause.

We clean only the "living space" which is the area of ​​a home or facility that is air conditioned.

We do not remove or haul away trash, debris, or furniture. This also applies to post-construction cleaning.

Before we show up at a new construction job site, all equipment, tools, and/or debris must be removed. It is highly recommended that all work orders for the construction have been completed before final cleaning services have been provided. The final cleaning we provide is a very thorough and detailed deep cleaning in preparation for the new homeowners to move in. We do not offer any guarantee on this type of service for the simple fact that most construction companies do not adhere to this policy and usually have contractors working inside the house while the cleaners are trying to clean it, as by cleaning some areas the contractors create additional dirt inside the areas of the house that the cleaning crew has already cleaned. We do not take any responsibility for the outcome of cleanings that fall under “NEW CONSTRUCTION”.
